- Place & Setup Heat Press: Heat Press Settings - Temp: 285
°F | Med/Firm Pressure 6-7 (60-70 psi)
Pre-Press garment for 5 Seconds, using a Teflon Sheet for protection against image ghosting.
Place the transfer with the Ink Side facing down on the apparel. Your design will be visible through the transfer film. - Press Your Transfer: Press the transfer to the apparel for 15 seconds.

Peel & Finish: Wait for apparel to cool and cold peel the transfer backing in an even, smooth motion.
Re-Press the apparel using a Teflon Sheet for a further 5 seconds.
